Community Supporter Groups should understand what constitutes a critical incident and report concerns to CRSA whenever there is uncertainty.

Identifying critical incidents #
CRSA provides guidance outlining the types of incidents that are considered critical and should be reported.

When you’re unsure #
Not every situation can be anticipated or included in a guidance document. Community Supporter Groups should use their judgement when deciding whether an incident meets the threshold for reporting.
If there is any doubt, contact CRSA. It is better to report a concern that ultimately does not meet the reporting threshold than to overlook an incident that should have been reported.
