First 12 weeks after arrival #
CRSA recommends that Community Supporter Groups avoid attending their local Services Australia office during the Household’s first 12 weeks in Australia. Most local offices do not have Refugee Services staff onsite, which may result in incorrect advice or delays to income support.
During this initial period, registration and correspondence should instead be managed via email.
