What is the SETS program? #
The Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) program provides newly arrived refugees with practical settlement information, advice and connections to local services. It is designed to help newcomers build confidence and establish themselves in their new community.
There are approximately 100 funded SETS providers across Australia.

Connecting with local support #
CSGs are encouraged to introduce the Refugee Household to their local SETS provider where one is available. Establishing this connection early helps ensure the Household has access to ongoing settlement support after the formal 12-month CRISP sponsorship period has concluded.
