Welcoming the Refugee Household #
At least one Community Supporter Group (CSG) member must be present at the airport to welcome the Refugee Household when they arrive in Australia.
Travel itineraries are coordinated centrally by Toll Holdings on behalf of the Australian Government. Flight schedules can change with little notice, so groups should plan ahead to ensure at least one member is available if travel arrangements are updated.

Some Australian airports have chaplain services that assist arriving passengers as they move through Customs and complete the arrival process.
