Dedicated support during the first three months #

The dedicated Services Australia email address below is managed by a specialised national team that supports newly arrived refugees.

This email address is provided exclusively to settlement caseworkers and CSGs participating in the CRISP. It allows refugee applications to be prioritised within Services Australia during the initial registration period and is intended for use during the first three months after arrival.


Dedicated email access
The dedicated refugee support email address should not be shared with the Refugee Household.
It is intended only for authorised settlement caseworkers and CRISP Community Supporter Groups during the initial registration process.

Ongoing contact with Services Australia #

After the initial registration period (approximately the first 12 weeks in Australia), future enquiries should be made through Services Australia’s standard support channels.
