Grant reporting requirements
Your group confirms that:
– Grant funds were used to support the settlement of refugee participants in Australia or otherwise in accordance with CRSA’s Charitable Objects.
– No grant funds were spent or transferred outside Australia.
– The expenditure summary accurately reflects how grant funds were used.
– Any funds not used in accordance with CRSA’s Charitable Objects will be reported to CRSA and returned or managed as directed.
– Grant funds were used to support the settlement of refugee participants in Australia or otherwise in accordance with CRSA’s Charitable Objects.
– No grant funds were spent or transferred outside Australia.
– The expenditure summary accurately reflects how grant funds were used.
– Any funds not used in accordance with CRSA’s Charitable Objects will be reported to CRSA and returned or managed as directed.

Spending outside CRSA’s charitable purposes #
Examples of expenditure that would not fall within CRSA’s Charitable Objects include:
- Daily living expenses beyond initial establishment costs where other income is available.
- Fines or late fees.
- Holidays.
- Luxury personal items.
