Document Translation #
Refugee participants can access free accredited document translation to help them use important personal documents in Australia.
At a glance #
- Important documents must be translated by an accredited translator.
- Eligible newcomers can receive free translation of up to 10 documents.
- This service is separate from the Free Interpreting Service.
- Applications are made through TIS National.
Free document translation
Refugee participants in the CRISP are eligible for free accredited translation of up to 10 documents during their first two years after receiving their Australian visa.
This service is provided through TIS National and uses a separate application and login process from the Free Interpreting Service used for spoken interpreting.
