CRSA Support for Community Supporter Groups #

At a glance #

  • Each matched CSG is assigned a Community Liaison Officer (CLO).
  • Your CLO is your primary CRSA contact throughout the program.
  • Support includes settlement coaching, advice and troubleshooting during business hours.

Your Community Liaison Officer #

Once your Community Supporter Group (CSG) is matched with a Refugee Household, CRSA will provide the name and contact details of your allocated Community Liaison Officer (CLO).

Your CLO is your primary point of contact throughout the 12-month support period and will maintain regular contact with both the CSG Coordinator and the Refugee Household as the settlement journey progresses.

  • Helps troubleshoot issues as they arise. #

  • Maintains regular contact with your group and the Refugee Household. #

  • Acts as your main point of contact within CRSA. #

The CRSA team is available during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (AEST).
